Interface Transfer

We are using Bridge-Module to achieve your design and application goals. The interface adapter we are provided includes HDMI to MIPI, HDMI to RGB, HDMI to LVDS and RGB to LVDS, RGB to MIPI.

FPC Customization

Here you can get a cable solution designed to make your connections streamlined and secure. We support adjusting the length, position, and pinout or adding additional connectors with three types(ZIF connector, soldering, ACF bonding) to choose.

If signal processing is a requirement, enhancements can be made by adding Shields, Grounds, and Electromagnetic Rings.

Cover Glass/Lens Add-Ons

The cover glass plays a key role in the display to improve durability. You can choose from a variety of cover glass thicknesses and material, and get optical bonding to protect against moisture and debris.

Besides, 3 common surface treatments of the LCD: Anti-Glare, Anti-Reflection, and Anti-Fingerprint can be selected based on requirements.

Custom Backlight

There are two main ways of custom backlight: modify the voltage/input current, brightness or colors/NVIS, or just change the assembly type from array to side LEDs. The LED configuration we offer not only provides excellent luminosity uniformly, it also provides excellent redundancy for increased long-term reliability.

When customizing the backlight, we usually customize related accessories according to your needs. Examples might include bezels, gaskets, custom enclosures, metal mounting brackets, threaded standoffs or pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA).

Surface Treatment Solutions(AR,AG, AF)

We provide 3 common surface treatments Anti-Glare, Anti-Reflection and Anti-Fingerprint of the LCD for different application scenarios. To reduce visual interference and achieve better visual effects in different scenarios.

You also can choose a combination of multi-coating surface treatments of the LCD. For example,on the surface of AG, we can also add on an AR coating or apply other combinations, like AG + AF, AR + AF, and AG + AR + AF.

Brightness Customization

The brightness of the LCD is unique to each terminal, only the appropriate brightness can display quality images. We mainly provide three effective ways to improve the brightness of LCD by improving the brightness of the light source, the aperture ratio of TFT pixels and the light utilization of all materials.

Beside, with the high-efficiency reflective film, prism film, and BEEF together, the overall brightness can be increased by 230%. and this method will need no change in design and tooling, but the cost increment of the backlight.

Touch Screen Customization

Two major types of touch screens, Capacitive and Resistive, given their unique characteristics, are commonly used in commercial and industrial terminals to enhance user experiences.

We’ll adjust the glass thickness or shape of the touch panel and suggest the right bonding technologies(Air bonding and Optical bonding) so it’s a perfect fit for your design.
