The YX20023A is a 2.0-inch Transflective TFT LCD display module designed for applications that require excellent outdoor visibility and low power consumption. Featuring a 320×240 RGB resolution, ILI9342C driver IC, and a 16-bit MCU interface, this display is optimized for portable industrial devices, smart metering systems, handheld terminals, GPS equipment, medical instruments, outdoor controllers, and battery-powered embedded systems.
Unlike conventional transmissive TFT displays, the Transflective display utilizes both ambient light and LED backlighting. Under bright sunlight, ambient light is reflected through the display, significantly improving screen readability while reducing backlight power consumption. In darker environments, the integrated White LED backlight ensures clear and vivid image performance.
