Description
The YX50098A is a professional 5.0-inch Transflective TFT LCD display developed for industrial equipment operating in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Unlike conventional transmissive TFT displays that rely entirely on LED backlighting, a Transflective TFT LCD utilizes ambient light as an additional illumination source. Under direct sunlight, reflected natural light enhances image clarity while reducing backlight power consumption. In darker environments, the integrated White LED backlight provides bright, vivid, and stable image quality, allowing excellent readability under virtually any lighting condition.
Powered by HX8264 + HX8664 driver ICs and supporting a flexible 16-bit, 18-bit, and 24-bit RGB interface, the display integrates easily into industrial embedded systems and HMI devices.
With a 800×480 resolution, 120.7 × 75.9 × 2.95 mm module size, 108 × 64.8 mm active area, Normally White display mode, and an industrial operating temperature of -20°C to +70°C, the YX50098A offers an excellent combination of sunlight readability, low power consumption, and long-term reliability.
