The YX40005A is a 4.0-inch high-resolution square TFT LCD display module featuring a 720×720 RGB resolution and a MIPI DSI interface, designed for industrial control systems, smart home devices, medical equipment, handheld terminals, POS systems, AI devices, and embedded HMI applications.
Powered by the ST7703 driver IC, the module delivers vivid colors, sharp image quality, and an All-O'Clock IPS viewing angle, providing excellent visual performance from every direction.
